Abstract
This research focuses on improving the quality of education at SMA Insan Kamil Bogor through planning, organizing, and planning human resources. This research is methodologically qualitative, which involves searching, analyzing, and making data interventions found through interviews, observations, and document research. When data is collected, data validity standards such as trustworthiness and certainty are used to check the validity of the data. By reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions from the research, data analysis techniques are used.
The purpose of this study is to collect more information about human resource management at SMA Insan Kamil Bogor. Data collection is carried out through observation, namely researchers using observation tools, in-depth interviews with primary data sources, and literature research. Interactive analytics looks at data through three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn.
The findings of this study reveal various aspects of human resource management for educators at SMA Insan Kamil Bogor. This includes: 1) A systematic and specific human resource planning design for the school, taking into account the unique characteristics of the institution; 2) Recruitment practices that adhere to the principle of professionalism; 3) A selection process that prioritizes candidates with the necessary qualifications; and 4) The positive impact and effectiveness of training programs on human resources. The principal's dedication to improving the quality of education at SMA Insan Kamil Bogor can be seen through the application of input, process, output, and outcome metrics in an effort to improve education.
