Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that effective management at the educational level in madrasah has a very significant role in improving the quality of teacher professionalism. Efforts to increase the professionalism of madrasa teachers require a comprehensive approach, including increased training and effective management to be able to improve and be able to produce intelligent generations both academically and non-academicly.
The aim of this research is to understand how: 1. Planning to increase teacher professionalism at Madrasah Raudlatul Mustarsyidin Kuta Badung Bali, 2. Implementation of teacher professionalism at Madrasah Raudlatul Mustarsyidin Kuta Badung Bali, 3. Evaluation of teacher professionalism at Madrasah Raudlatul Mustarsyidin Kuta Badung Bali.
This research method applies a qualitative approach with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using an analysis method that followed certain stages.
The research results show that MIS Raudlatul Mustarsyidin Kuta Badung, Bali, has succeeded in achieving its objectives. This is reflected in productive student achievement, in line with expectations. The increase in the number of students from year to year also shows the success of the quality of graduates. The process of managing educational staff is carried out effectively by the school, where collaboration and communication between staff is well maintained. The placement of teaching staff is adjusted to their respective skills and positions. As madrasa heads who act as leaders, teachers are involved in teacher development to increase teacher professionalism. This includes involving teachers in activities related to developing teacher competency as well as providing encouragement so that teachers continue to develop knowledge through various sources of information such as libraries and other sources.
