Abstract
This study aims to describe: 1) The character of the school principal’s
leadership based on the perspective of Transformative Islamic Leadership in
improving the quality of technology-based learning media for teachers at SD Negeri
1 Sembawa Kuningan. 2) The principal's strategies in implementing technology
based learning media by teachers.
This research is qualitative in nature. The sources of information consist of
primary data obtained directly from the original sources and secondary data
compiled by other parties. Data collection involved techniques such as interviews,
observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using techniques of
data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
The research results indicate that: 1) The school principal's leadership
character has implemented the concept of Transformative Islamic Leadership,
including fairness, trustworthiness, wisdom, responsibility, piety, and consultation.
2) The strategies used by the principal to enhance the quality of technology-based
learning media have been implemented, although they have not yet been fully
optimized.
