Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Rekrutmen dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di MA Nurussalam Reak 1 Desa tanak Awu Kabupaten Lombok Tengah baik secara parsial maupun secaras imultan. Penelitian ini berjenis assosiatif kausalitas dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuanitatif. Dengan subjek penelitian Guru di MA Nurussalam Reak 1 Desa tanak Awu Kabupaten Lombok Tengah yang berjumlah 22 orang. Data diperoleh melalui angket atau kuesioner yang teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji f
Hasil dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut : (1) variabel rekrutmen (X^1) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (Y). Hal ini diketahui dari pegujian hitpotesis uji t dimana T_hitung < T_tabel (0,487<1,717) dan signifikan (0,632>0,05). (2) variabel iklim organisasi (X^2) memiliki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y). Hal ini diketahui berdasarkan hasil uji t yaitu T_hitung > T_tabel (2,139>1,717) dan signifikan (0,46>0,05) (3) Variabel rekrutmen (X^1) dan variabel iklim organisasi (X^2) memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru (Y). Hal ini dapat diketahui berdasarkan hasil uji F yaitu F_hitung > F_tabel (5,563>3,44) dan signifikan 0,013.

The research objective was to determine the effect of recruitment and climate on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Nurussalam Reak 1, Tanak Awu Village, Central Lombok Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This research is an associative causality type using a quantitative approach. With the research subject of the teacher at MA Nurussalam Reak 1, Tanak Awu Village, Central Lombok Regency, which means 22 people. Data obtained through a questionnaire or questionnaire which tested its validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, t test and f test
The results in this study are as follows: (1) the recruitment variable (X1) has no effect on teacher performance (Y).
