Abstract
Strategy through the implementation of religious culture is very important to be
implemented in an organization to be able to improve the character of members by trying
to provide understanding, motivation, practice, supervise members in order to improve
good personal character in accordance with Islamic teachings. By implementing a strategy
through the implementation of religious culture will greatly affect the improvement of
member character. The objectives of this study are: 1) To analyze the implementation of
the IPNU-IPPNU PK strategy in improving member character through religious culture at
KH University. Abdul Chalim Pacet Mojokerto. 2) To analyze the supporting factors,
obstacles, and solutions to the implementation of the IPNU-IPPNU PK strategy in
improving member character through religious culture at KH University. Abdul Chalim
Pacet Mojokerto. 3) To analyze the results of the IPNU-IPPNU PK strategy in improving
member character through religious culture at KH University. Abdul Chalim Pacet
Mojokerto. The type of qualitative research and case study approach. Data collection
techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. Data sources are: 1)
Supervisor, Chairperson, 2) Da'wah Department, 3) Members of the IPNU-IPPNU PK KH
University. Abdul Chalim Pacet Mojokerto.
The results of the research that have been studied by the author: 1) Implementation
of the PK IPNU-IPPNU strategy in improving member character through religious culture
at KH. Abdul Chalim Pacet Mojokerto University a) Personal approach, b) Interpersonal
approach, c) Role model of administrators, d) Internalization of NU and Aswaja values, e)
habituation. 2) Supporting factors, obstacles and solutions for the implementation of the
PK IPNU-IPPNU strategy in improving member character through religious culture at
KH. Abdul Chalim Pacet Mojokerto University. a) Supporting factors (1) Personal, (2)
Environment, (3) Facilities and infrastructure. b) Inhibiting factors (1) Personal, (2) Time
constraints, (3) Financial constraints. c) Solutions (1) Increasing member understanding,
(2) Implementing an inclusive approach, (3) Time management, (4) Growing a sense of
belonging to the organization, (5) Monthly cash program. 3) The results of the IPNUIPPNU PK strategy in improving the character of members through religious culture at
KH. Abdul Chalim University Pacet Mojokerto a) Personal approach strategy improves
religious character, responsibility, discipline. b) Interpersonal approach strategy improves
disciplined, religious, mutual respect character, c) The strategy of exemplary management
improves understanding of ideology, tolerance character, love of the homeland, tolerance,
loyalty d) The strategy of internalizing NU and Aswaja values improves religious
character, discipline, friendly and communicative, responsibility, tolerance, love of
reading, mutual respect, and social care. e) The habituation strategy improves religious
character, discipline, social care, responsibility, tolerance, love of reading and
communicative.
