Abstract

Research Issue: Islamic boarding schools need to integrate religious and general knowledge in the curriculum to improve learning effectiveness. Aims and Objectives: This study aims to analyze the Implementation of Integrated Curriculum Management at Pondok Pesantren Husnul Khotimah Kuningan, also to identify and understand the impact of the Implementation of Integrated Curriculum Management at Pondok Pesantren Husnul Khotimah Kuningan on Learning Effectiveness.
This research was conducted qualitatively and used a case study approach. The qualitative approach was used to gain an in-depth understanding of integrated curriculum at Husnul Khotimah Islamic Boarding School. Case studies are used to explore the details and complexities of the integrated curriculum management processes, as well as expand or test theories through various data sources.
Implementation of Integrated Curriculum Management at Husnul Khotimah Islamic Boarding School Kuningan has succeeded at increasing the effectiveness of learning with structured planning, organizing, and implementing as well as evaluating continuously. The positive impact can be seen from the improvement of learning qualities, teacher involvements, development of santris’ abilities, until to the success of graduates entering college. The implementation of the integrated curriculum at Husnul Khotimah Islamic Boarding School Kuningan has a significant positive impact on learning effectiveness. The process of planning, organizing, and implementing a structured curriculum, as well as evaluating continuously, support the improvements of students’ competence and the success of graduates.
