Abstract

Extracurricular activities are activities carried out outside regular class hours and are an important part of a student's educational experience. The main goal is to develop students' potential, skills, talents, interests and character, as well as providing opportunities for them to learn and develop outside the academic environment.
The objectives of this study are: First, to analyze the management of extracurricular activities in improving students' non-academic achievements at SMPN 1 Pacet Mojokerto. Second, to explain the non-academic achievements of students at SMPN 1 Pacet Mojokerto after the management of extracurricular activities was held. Third, to analyze supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of extracurricular activities.
The results of this research indicate that the management of extracurricular activities in improving students' non-academic achievements at SMPN 1 Pacet Mojokerto is (1) Extracurricular Management in Improving Students' Non-Academic Achievements at SMPN 1 Pacet Mojokerto is running well because of planning, organizing, implementation and supervision . (2) Students' non-academic achievements after extracurricular management at SMPN 1 Pacet Mojokerto are good and increasing. Judging from the educational process which runs smoothly and the existence of supporting facilities and infrastructure, although some are inadequate. (3) Supporting factors in implementing extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Pacet Mojokerto are facilities and infrastructure, involvement or collaboration with parents, and the inhibiting factor faced are the minimal holding of competitions for several exracurricular activities, the short activity time so students come home from school too late. Apart from that, the infrastructure is also inadequate. For example, sports fields or places for training are still shared.
