Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Marketing Mix Terhadap loyalitas nasabah, Customer Shariah Relationship Marketing Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah dan Marketing Mix dan Customer Sahriah Relationship Marketing Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah.
Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa Marketing Mix berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah, Costomer Shariah Relationship Marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah dan Marketing Mix dan Customer Sahriah Relationship Marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah.
