Abstract
Extracurricular is a forum in the academic department which is a method or way to achieve and improve the non-academic quality of students. Extracurricular activities are educational activities outside the classroom to improve children's general skills at school and their use in society.
Research examined in this thesis (1) How to plan PMR extracurricular activities to strengthen the Islamic-based Nursing Assistant Study Program at Bakti Assyukur Health Vocational School - Cipatat? (2) How is the implementation of the PMR extracurricular in strengthening the Islamic-based Nursing Assistant Study Program at the Bakti Assyukur Health Vocational School - Cipatat? (3) How is the PMR extracurricular evaluation in Strengthening the Assistant Study Program
Islamic-based nursing at the Bakti Assyukur Cipatat Health Vocational School. The results of the objectives of this research are (1) Making a thesis on planning PMR extracurricular activities in improving the Islamic-based Nursing Assistant Study Program at the Bakti Assyukur Health Vocational School - Cipatat. (2) Dethesise the implementation of PMR extracurricular activities in strengthening the Islamic-based Nursing Assistant Study Program at Bakti Assyukur Health Vocational School - Cipatat. (3) Determine the evaluation of PMR extracurricular activities in strengthening the Islamic-based Nursing Assistant Study Program at Bakti Assyukur Health Vocational School - Cipatat. The method used by the author in this research is a qualitative method. This approach uses a descriptive qualitative approach. With data collection techniques, the author uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. So the data results use triangulation techniques. Therefore, triangulation techniques were used in data collection and the conclusions can be drawn as follows:
(1) In planning, the school principal, PMR supervisor, and PMR administrators determine the objectives and plans for activity programs which are carried out periodically, namely meeting four times a week. (2) In implementing PMR extracurricular learning to strengthen the nursing assistant learning program, it is necessary to combine two learning methods, namely the discussion method, and teachers also need to provide students with assignment methods as evaluation material. (3) evaluation of PMR extracurricular activities in the Nursing Assistant Study Program is carried out by observing the daily activities of students at home and abroad. outside the school in interacting with fellow members, teaching staff, other school residents and the surrounding community.
