Abstract

Economic activity does not escape the cooperation between one party and the other, because it is essentially a social creature that can not live alone without the help of others. One of the cooperation that is now being loved by the community is the cooperation in the field of livestock. Writing a thesis titled Implementation of the Musyarakah principle on poultry Broiler Farm (Study case of Broiler Farms) is using qualitative method. Foundation theory utilized as a guide to focus the research in accordance with the fact field. Analysis data is obtained through the analysis of data provided by interviewees and analysis of interviews with related parties. The results showed that the cooperation conducted in this study was included in the Syirkah category. The system for the results in this research is also valid according to Islam, the distribution of profits gained is that the PT is gaining greater returns because the amount of capital issued is also greater than the farmers. The risk of the risks undertaken by both parties is in accordance with Islamic law, it can be seen from when there is a chicken that dies because of natural factors then the PT who will bear the loss and if there is a chicken die due to the negligence of the farmer then the farmer who will bear the loss.
Kegiatan ekonomi tidak luput dari adanya kerjasama antara satu pihak dengan pihak lainnya, karena pada hakikatnya manusia adalah makhluk sosial yang tidak bisa hidup sendiri tanpa adanya bantuan dari orang lain. Salah satu diantara kerjasama yang sekarang sedang digandrungi oleh masyarakat adalah kerjasama dibidang peternakan. Penulisan skripsi yan berjudul Analisis Implementasi Prinsip Musyarakah Pada Usaha Peternakan Ayam Broiler (Study Kasus Peternakan Putra Broiler Farm) ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Landasan teori dimanfaatkan sebagai pemandu agar fokus penelitian sesuai dengan fakta dilapangan. Data analisis didapatkan melalui analisis data yang diberikan oleh narasumber dan analisis wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa kerjasama yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah termasuk dalam kategori syirkah ‘inan. sisitem bagi hasil dalam penelitian ini juga sah menurut Islam, degan pembagian keuntungan yang didapat yaitu pihak PT. memperoleh hasilkeuntungan yang lebih besar dikarenakan jumlah modal yang dikeluarkan juga lebih besar dari pihak peternak. Penanggungan resiko yang dilakukan oleh kedua pihak sudah sesuai dengn hukum Islam, hal ini dapat dilihat dari apabila ada ayam yang mati karena faktor alam maka pihak PT. yang akan menanggung kerugian dan apabila ada ayam yang mati karena kelalaian peternak maka pihak peternak yang akan menanggung kerugian.
